Are my details safe when ordering online with Ancient Ellenic Store?We use one of the most secure online ordering systems on the market, and are constantly researching and improving our software to make sure we offer the highest possible security at all times to meet the highest possible industry standards and best practices to ensure honest and truthful online transactions. We utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it. This technology includes the following features: Authentication - this assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server, and that the server is secure. Encryption - this encodes the data, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server. Data Integrity - this checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered. In the unlikely incidence of unauthorised use of your card you must report the incident immediately to your credit card provider in order to qualify for security protection.

How do I use PayPal to pay for my order?To pay with PayPal, you'll need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website. It only takes minutes to open a PayPal account and it's free. As soon as your PayPal account is set up, log into your Ancient Ellenic Store account and click Edit/Add under the Payment Methods section. Click Add new payment method, select PayPal from the list of options and click Save. Once you've done this, you won't need to add your details again on Ancient Ellenic Store. If PayPal has successfully been added as a payment method on your account, it will appear as a payment option at the checkout. Why pay with PayPal? It's safer: shop at thousands of websites without sharing your financial details. It's faster: with no need to type in your card details, you can check out in a few clicks. It's easier: all you need is an email address and password to pay online.

When will I be charged for my order?The time at which you'll be charged for your order will depend on the payment method you selected at checkout. If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment.

What are the Shipping rates?Shipping is not included in the Ancient Ellenic Store's product prices. Shipping rates start at 4€ and depends on customer location and the amount of products in an order. The costumer can determine the cost of shipping by adding the desired products in the shopping cart and add his shipping address. The shipping rates for the selected products will be displayed, calculated according to the location of the customer and the amount of products. For US orders €35 or more we offer FREE SHIPPING.

What is the Shipping time?Orders are normally shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. Depending on where the order is shipped from and the location of the customer, the following guidelines applies: USA * Shipping up to 10 - 15 business days Canada Shipping up to 10 - 15 business days International Shipping up to 10 - 18 business days Our producers have strong partnerships with the most reliable carriers, located in different parts of the world to bring you the best offers and positive shipping experience. However during holidays and high volume seasons may cause production and shipping times to be slower than the listed average. * Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days. Please be aware that the situation with COVID-19 may affect the fulfilment and delivery times. We kindly ask for your understanding.

My payment was declined, what should I do?"1. Place your order again If your payment has been declined, then you'll need to place your order again. We're not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined. 2. Make the relevant checks To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following: Check the card details on your Ancient Ellenic Civilization account to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date or your billing address. Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three digit number on the back of your card. Your card issuer may have declined your payment - as they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them or contact your bank. If you've checked all of the above, try paying with another card.

Can I return or exchange products?Ancient Ellenic Store’s products are unique and produced per order. We don’t keep any stock of products. Therefore returns or exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider the customer can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Ancient Ellenic Civilization is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. The customer is responsible of providing the right shipping information, selecting size etc. Product quality and customers satisfaction are important to us. All orders are going through a 3-step quality check before they are being shipped out. However, if there would be any issues with an order, like manufacturing error, printing issues or if the item was damaged during shipment, please submit a written claim using the Order Issue Submission Form containing the necessary information, photographic evidence of the product, package and shipping slip, no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to investigation and sole discretion. We will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.

How can I pay for my order?You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. To add your card details, just login to your account and click on Payment methods. From here, you can add your payment details and save them to your account. When you come to pay for your order, you can select one of your saved payment methods to pay for your order. If you don't want to save your payment details to your account, then you can also enter them when you get to checkout. If there is no payment details saved to your account, then you'll be asked to enter them when you click Place Order.

Enter your Shipping details by entering your email address, first and last name, full address, city, country, region, zip/postal code and telephone number. Click Continue. 4. Choose Delivery Method. Press Continue. Enter your Payment details and indicate if your Billing address is the same as Shipping address. Click Continue. 5. If you have a promo code or voucher to spend, you'll need to enter this under the Enter a Promo Code. 6. Please review the order details and when you're ready, click Place Order. 7. An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address to let you know your order details. It's worth checking info@ancientelleniccivilization is marked as a safe sender in your email account or checking your junk mail as our emails may be routed there automatically.
